Stephen has over thirty years of diverse real estate retail asset management, leasing and development experience working for private equity / investment managers, national REIT and industry leading retail tenants. His private equity experience included asset management, leasing and retail investment. His landlord experience included work as Vice President of Leasing for a national REIT responsible for the leasing and management of approximately 13 million square feet of regional, community and neighborhood shopping centers. Stephen’s tenant experience included leadership roles managing and growing national portfolios of locations for corporate real estate departments including Cottonwood Financial, Macy’s, Zale Corporation and Taco Bell. Stephen holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License and is a graduate of Baylor University. He is active in Denton County holding board positions at the Sanger Education Foundation, Serve Denton, City of Denton Human Services Advisory Commission and City of Denton Citizens Bond Advisory Commission. Member ICSC since 1988.
Mark has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, with extensive knowledge in major markets, entitlements, development and planning, design and construction for both retail and office. He has led several corporate real estate departments, from Macy's and Eddie Bauer, to Aritzia. This includes both domestic and international involvement, including Canada, China, Japan, Dubai, Qatar, Germany and England. Mark’s expertise includes fleet strategy, redevelopment, acquisition and disposition assessments. He has also served as General Counsel for two large corporations. Mr. Borison has a B.S. in Marketing in addition to his law degree. He is licensed as a real estate broker and admitted to practice law in several states.
David joined Grey Hawk Advisors in 2016. His focus is on investment sales and tenant representation in the state of Texas. He has represented clients such as Taco Bell, Whataburger, Anytime Fitness and Dunkin Donut among others. A native Iowan, David is a graduate from The University of Northern Iowa (UNI) and began his real estate career in 2009 after 20 plus years of successful “Solution Selling” in the Information Technology industry. David has been involved in commercial real estate representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties. David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Dan is an accomplished retail design, construction, and purchasing professional who creatively and effectively integrates brand identity into the store environment. Dan has won awards for his national and international retail and fixture design including specialty retail, big box retail, grocery, retail centers, themed retail, and restaurants. He is an expert in rollout program management including design, planning and management of over 500 new and remodeled stores successfully completed on time and on budget. He has expertise in cost management and value engineering with over 15 years’ experience of effective, cost oriented management of build-outs, in-house and outsource resource management including architects, engineers, contractors, fabricators, expediters, and FOIO, FOIC, and FFE vendors. Dan’s core competencies include design, planning, construction, management, cross-functional communication, team building, budget control & reporting, materials and services negotiations, vendor relationships, contract management and lease review.
